New Membership forms for the 2018/2019 are now available.

These will be emailed out to all current members so please make sure your email address is up to date.

If you would like a form posted, Please contact the club on 03 5259729 & leave us a message stating so

Please print either of these forms out & email or post back to the club. we require a copy of the form to process your membership.

Membership will only be processed once we receive the form & payment.

 

Membership Terms & Conditions

Upon joining the Pohara Boat Club as a FULL or FAMILY member you agree to your details being passed on to Yachting NZ for YNZ membership fee purposes only.

Full / Family memberships entitles you to a discounted Ramp card, Able to attend club functions, a position on the committee if interested, discounted club hire for private functions, use of the toilet / laundry facilities after hours.

NEW THIS SEASON:  Complete the month of your birth on the full membership form & you get 1 free dessert when dining during your birth month. D.O.B Proof at time of redeemtion required. Must be inconjunction with a mains meal. Available with full or family membership only, does not apply to social side kicks membership.

Social Side Kick membership is purely for the purpposes of attendting club functions, Sunday Meals etc. it does not able you access to the toilet block / laundry outside of opening hours. It does not entitle you to any of the above mentioned entitlements.

The toilet / laundry block is open daily from 9am to 5pm

FULL MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED FOR OVERNIGHT PARKING, C.S.C required. Max 3 night stay

As per the Club constitution we are required to have a start & end date for our membership season. This runs from the 1st of July through until the 30th of June the following year. TDC ramp cards have the same year long time line.

This same constitution also states that all subs are due by the 1st of October every year, please get your subs in early.
