Pohara Boat Club Hire - Terms of Agreement

*Club Capacity Maximum 150 persons 

*Club only available for hire by MEMBERS of Pohara Boat Club

Note - Multi day/night hire discount available for bookings within the same Calendar Month. Please enquire.

*No cleaning fees are included, with the exception of a full day/evening hire, or a multi day hire where cleaning fees are included in the hire cost. Cleaning supplies you will need are at the club.

*Caterers are not included – If you require catering we recommend

Terms & Conditions of Hire 

NO NAILS, SCREWS, PINS ETC. 

All decorations are to be hung with care, no damage to walls, ceilings etc. 

All tables / chairs to be stacked / packed away as found. 

Clubhouse to be left in a clean condition (cleaning equipment supplied in downstairs lift room) 

All cups, plates and cutlery to be washed/dried and put away. 

All rubbish to be removed from the facility (Club bins returned promptly) and bins emptied 

Fridge to be left empty & clean 

Cleaning included as stated above, however any extra cleaning required over and above hours stated above will be charged at $50 per hour or your bond will be used.

All breakages and damages are to be reported ($8 per glass) 

NO Smoking/Vaping in the club building 

         ALL NOISE TO CEASE BY 1:30AM 

NO OVER NIGHT STAYING. 

Breach of any of the conditions may result in a partial or total loss of Bond. 

Any costs exceeding the bond will be on charged to the Person/s responsible for 

Hiring the premises. Failure to pay on time will result in debt being passed on to collection 

Agency and collection costs added to your account. 

I agree & accept all the above terms & Conditions. 

If paying via direct credit, please use your name & date of hire as reference.
